Processed within hours of picking to lock in natural color, aroma and nutrition, this new crop paste delivers the bright, clean tomato flavor your production demands.

New Crop Harvest — Why It Matters

Every drum is made exclusively from the current-season tomato crop, harvested at peak ripeness. Compared with aged stock, the new paste offers higher natural sugar, fuller body and a more vivid red color.

Cold Break Process

In the cold break method, freshly harvested tomatoes are preheated below 60°C immediately after crushing, then beaten and refined. This preserves the bright natural red color and fresh tomato flavor of the new crop.
