Our 28-30%% Double Concentrated cold break tomato paste is produced from 100% pure, freshly harvested Xinjiang tomatoes of the latest season. Processed within hours of picking to lock in natural color, aroma and nutrition, this new crop paste delivers the bright, clean tomato flavor your production demands.

New Harvest Harvest — Why It Matters

Every drum is made exclusively from the current-season tomato crop, harvested at peak ripeness. Compared with aged stock, the new paste offers higher natural sugar, fuller body and a more vivid red color.

Cold Break Process

In the cold break method, freshly harvested tomatoes are preheated below 60°C immediately after crushing, then beaten and refined. This preserves the bright natural red color and fresh tomato flavor of the new crop.
