This is our plain tomato ketchup supplied under the buyer brand. The recipe is fixed at the start of the programme: tomato paste, water, sugar, vinegar and salt, with no added flavouring or colour, so the taste stays the same from the first production run to the tenth.

Label artwork, cap colour, carton print, barcode and market language follow the buyer specification. Artwork is proofed before printing, a reference sample is signed, and retained samples are stored per batch so that a retail audit can be answered with documents rather than opinion.
